Madison McDaniel, RN
Master Nurse Injector
Madison received her nursing degree through Skagit Valley College and dove straight into the field of aesthetics with TLC. She has a strong passion for helping her clients feel their most confident and takes a holistic approach to the full face.
Madison grew up as a client of TLC for the past 13 years where she started to grow her passion for helping others build their self confidence through aesthetics. “Growing up with cystic acne allowed me to realize the importance of skin health and the role it plays on our self confidence.” She is dedicated to educating her clients and helping them gain confidence by enhancing their individual beauty.
Madison has started an injector training program within TLC Skincare Clinic, sharing her knowledge and working alongside new injectors to help enhance their technique and master their skill. She is currently in online schooling to achieve her Nurse Practitioner’s license while also taking appointments for Botox, Dermal Filler and Scultpra.
Jordyn Ohrt, LME
Master Esthetician
Jordyn’s passion for skincare started with a love for makeup. Growing up with a cosmetologist mother, Jordyn had a lot of exposure to the world of beauty and she was soon the official makeup artist of her friends and family. This experience made her realize how important a healthy canvas was for makeup and she began researching all that she could about skincare.
Along this journey, Jordyn decided not to pursue a career following her business degree, but to attend aesthetician school instead. Now, she strives to go makeup free with the confidence that happy, healthy skin is all she needs, and wants to help her clients achieve the same. Jordyn has a passion for curating skincare regimens and service plans to help her clients reach their goals.
Jordyn specializes in the more advanced skin treatments that we offer at TLC Skincare Clinic. From microneedling, to the house of Sciton Lasers, she is trained to provide the healthy skin on a cellular level.
Sydney Springer, LME
Master Esthetician
Sydney’s journey into esthetics began with a personal battle against persistent acne, leaving her feeling frustrated and lost in the journey to sought solutions. This struggle sparked a deep passion to understand the complexities of skincare and to find effective, compassionate ways to support others on their skincare journey!
Starting at the Euro Institute of Skincare in Renton, Sydney built a strong foundation in skincare. Eager to further her expertise, she immediately pursued advanced training at the Washington Laser Institute, where she earned her Master Esthetician license.
Fueled by her personal experiences, Sydney is deeply committed to understanding the complexities of skin health and providing empathetic, effective care. She is dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore personalized skincare solutions and guiding clients to radiant, healthy skin.
Cyndi Vela, RN
Nurse Injector
With over 6 years in the medical aesthetics industry, Cyndi combines her passion for skincare and cosmetic treatments with a dedication to building strong, collaborative relationships with her clients. She works closely with each individual to help them achieve their best results, always ensuring that their care is tailored to their unique needs.
Cyndi prides herself on being a dependable and knowledgeable professional, staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in cosmetic medicine. Her journey as a Nurse Injector began as a Practice Manager, where she developed a deep appreciation for aesthetics and skin health, which ultimately led her to pursue a career as an Aesthetic Nurse.
Jamie Park, RN
Nurse Injector
Jamie comes from over 10 years of experience as a registered nurse. Specializing in plastic surgery and the operating room, Jamie brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for aesthetics to her new role as an aesthetic nurse injector.
Jamie’s journey in nursing has been driven by a deep commitment to helping individuals regain their confidence and enhance their natural beauty! Having previously spent many years in plastic surgery and most recently at the UCLA Medical Center, she has seen first-hand the dramatic changes surgery can bring. Realizing dramatic change isn’t for everyone, she felt called to help patients through minimally invasive treatments & skincare.
Jamie understands that life brings changes at every stage, and her mission is to guide her clients through these transitions with grace and expertise.
Cassie Faassen, RN
Concierge IV Nurse
Cassie is a concierge nurse with over a decade of experience in emergency medicine and a passion for preventative treatments and helping people outside of the hospital setting.
Cassie currently specializes in IV vitamin therapy, NAD+ infusions, and injection therapy. Utilizing a combination of multiple holistic modalities to reach your wellness goals.
You can book vitamin IVs and vitamin injections in the clinic on Wednesdays and Fridays!

Quailynn McDaniel
Business Manager
Quailynn serves as the business manager of TLC. She is a mother other of 4 daughters that have all been clients of TLC over the years. Skincare has always been a big component in their household while overcoming acne, overturning sun damage from growing up in Florida, and developing into confident young women.
Quailynn has been a client of TLC for over 14 years, and has been with her through every step of her career in skincare. She is excited to be a part of the skincare community and provide a supportive role for the clinic and work alongside the team to create the best customer experience possible.
Jenny Bask
Marketing and Sales Manager
Jenny serves as the Marketing and Sales Manager here at TLC, working both at the front desk and in the background, managing the administrative and marketing efforts for the clinic. She comes from a background in Marketing, Account Management and Project Management.
Jenny runs TLC’s social media accounts and website, while also coordinating our private events and general promotional development. You will often see her up at the front desk, coordinating medspa events, out networking in the greater Seattle area, or on our social media outlets.
Gary Schuster, MD
Concierge and Internal Medicine
Gary Schuster, MD is the owner of Broadway Concierge Medicine. He is well known and respected in the Seattle area and considered to be one of the NW’s top internist and sports medicine doctors. Dr. Schuster is an active staff member at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, WA and offers concierge medicine for a closer relationship between you and your doctor.
