Policies

Cancelation and Rescheduling:

A credit card will be required to hold all appointments. We request 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Credit cards are only charged for violations of our cancellation policy. Appointments canceled outside of this time frame will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

Late Policy:

We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you may be required to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients. If you are running later please give us a call so we can make the necessary adjustments. (425) 892-2399
